Refunds
If your plan doesn't arrive, or something in it is wrong for your town, email [email protected] within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

Hometown Ready plans are for education only. They are not medical, legal or emergency advice, and they don't replace instructions from local officials. Always follow evacuation orders. In an emergency, call 911.
Local information comes from public sources such as FEMA, NOAA, the National Weather Service, the US Census Bureau and CMS. We check it regularly, but phone numbers and services can change. Confirm critical numbers yourself.

Your plan is for you and your household. Please don't resell it.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and handles sales tax.
